The Scenario Owners module in the program provides cost estimates for a wide variety of future patent filing patterns, defined by “Scenarios” (a patent filing pattern) and “Strategies” (a pattern of one or more Scenarios filed at various times in the future and repeated on a regular basis). You may define these Scenarios and Strategies by various Scenario Owners.
From the Settings tab at the top of the Portfolio Estimator - Patents online screen, choose the Scenario Owners menu item. The Scenario Owners screen (shown below) appears, allowing you to define Scenario Owners for use in the Strategy Planner.
